A glut of great cinema...

In the last fortnight I have been to see at the cinema: Capote (an absolutely brilliant performance by Philip Seymour Hoffman), Syriana (superbly demanding multi-layered plot), Hidden (Cache) (great thriller with an incredibly understated yet disturbing ending) and finally Good Night and Good Luck (Clooney certainly is involved with some great movies these days). I have kind of overdosed on excellent cinema. I should go and clean my palate with something like V for Vendetta :-)
